A day trip from Mansfield
If you live in Mansfield or have a place up here, a half day is easy to fit in. The Delatite is so close you can be fishing 15 minutes after you leave home.
For a full day, the Howqua is worth the drive. It's clear water in forested valleys, and a day there feels a long way from town.
Making a weekend of it
Plenty of visitors base themselves in Mansfield. If you're here for the weekend, fish the Delatite one day and the Howqua or the Goulburn the next.
What's included
Every trip is a half or full day with John beside you on the water the whole time. Waders, boots, rods, reels and flies are all supplied, so there's nothing to pack but yourself. Catering is included, and dietary requirements are catered for.
